If there is nobody at the delivery address to sign for your delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card advising how to arrange an alternative delivery date or a location where your package can be collected. You will usually require some form of identification when collecting.
All orders shipped to International addresses are shipped using Royal Mail’s 1st Class International Tracked and Signed For service.
While often much faster, International orders can take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on the country your products are being shipped to.

Whether a UK or International address, all deliveries are dispatched requiring a signature.
Should your delivery address be addressed to a PO Box it may not be possible for the delivery company to obtain an authorised signature. In these circumstances the tracking information will not be able to provide a copy of a signature if one could not be obtained.
Any package delivered to a PO Box without a signature will be considered as successfully delivered.

It is the Importer’s (customer’s) responsibility to ensure any products ordered are permitted to be imported to your country and it is the responsibility of the importer of products to any country to ensure that the information provided on any customs declaration form is accurate, and for these reason all International orders will be dispatched with the appropriate CN22 or CN23 customs declaration document attached with the descriptions and values provided factually accurate without exception.
Inaccurate descriptions and/or values can cause significant delays in orders being delivered and in some circumstances this could also cause the products to be seized.
The importer (customer) is also responsible for payment of any and all importation taxes that may be levied against any package.
I cannot be held responsible for any delays or seizures your country’s customs importation procedures, policies or restrictions may impose on the delivery of your order.
All international orders are dispatched with tracking services and the tracking number will be provided on request. Once you have obtained the tracking details, should the information provided by the tracking data show that your products have been delayed by your country’s customs, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the appropriate department for further information.

You can return unused and unopened items, no questions asked, by post within 14 working days of receipt of your goods.
